The Plat is <br /> consistent with the Concept Plan reviewed and approved by the BOCC as the <br /> site-specific plan of a Residential Conditional District(R-CD)rezoning <br /> application on October 7,2025. The proposal is for a 43-lot subdivision on <br /> approximately 6 1.11 acres with 57.66916(35.24 acres)of dedicated open space. <br /> The parcel is located at 3531 NC Highway 54 W in the Bingham Township, <br /> P/N9749-42-2010. <br /> 9.
