DRAFT

Tom Altieri: I'll just add real quick; there is a chart on Page 6 that shows those different type systems
that might be helpful.

Delores Bailey: Thank you.

Charity Kirk: Is the goal of this discussion to kind of address things we don't understand in this packet,
or to have a discussion about what we see as problems or, like, what are we trying to do?

Tom Altieri: First, I would say it's certainly the pleasure of the board, but it was our understanding that
the planning board wanted to receive the same information as the BOCC in these areas.

Charity Kirk: Okay.

Tom Altieri: Which you have had, and it's really quite frankly too much to go through in one meeting.

Charity Kirk: Right.

Tom Altieri: So, we were just simply asking for you to review that information, and as you have
questions, or opinions, or discussion, or just something for us to take with us for the
future, I think all of that is perfectly acceptable.

Statler Gilfillen: If you go to Page 20—and by the way, I support very much the ecological efforts to make
sure that sewage and water are kept safe and clean. This isn't— my next question is not
related on that. But on Page 22, estimated installation and maintenance costs. I recently
ran some figures based on historical numbers and actuality, and those numbers would
tend to disagree somewhat strongly with what I'm seeing on this page. I don't see a
reference of where the numbers come from. It could be that my numbers are wrong. I'm
not disputing you. It's not the point, but I'm raising the question that I see no references to
where your estimated costs are coming from, and they are differing a study that I did
recently substantially that might askew this. So, maybe that's a discussion for later, after
this meeting, to determine. As initially, that's what I'm seeing.

Lamar Proctor: What page are you looking at?

Statler GiIfillen: 22, 1 think it is.

Tom Altieri: 22.

Statler GiIfillen: It says estimated installation and maintenance costs. I'm not disputing the environmental
issues at all.

Charity Kirk: Do you want to clarify what you think is wrong?

Statler GiIfillen: The numbers look askew to me. And I am not looking at my study in front of me to verify,
but I'm going to raise the point that that might be something— I see no place that those
numbers, where are they verified from? I mean, they could have come from the cloud.

Charity Kirk: Well, these are notes.
