Scope of Work <br />Overview: <br />Siemens mechanic recommends replacing the compressor and condenser coil on Chiller 1 for the West Campus <br />Office building. <br />Inclusions: <br />•Arrive and check in with POC <br />•LOTO main shut off for Chiller 1 <br />•Recover refrigerant <br />•Remove all covers and brackets <br />•Disconnect wiring to existing compressor <br />•Remove existing compressor and condenser coil <br />•Clean up area and prep for new components <br />•Lift new compressor to chiller and set in place <br />•Lift new coil and set on the roof. <br />•Install new compressor and condenser coil <br />•Install new compressor contactor and filter. <br />•Perform leak inspection, vacuum to 500 microns, & recharge to proper level with recovered refrigerant <br />•Reconnect wiring to existing compressor <br />•Restore unit to full functionality and verify it is operating to current manufacturers specifications <br />•Clean material and trash from site after completion of work <br />Exclusions: <br />•Overtime unless stated otherwise above <br />•Engineered drawings and permitting 3rdparty inspections if required <br />•Work by other trades unless specifically mentioned above including but not limited to electrical, sprinkler, fire <br />alarm, carpentry, masonry, coring, fire proofing, roofing / sealing, patching and / or painting, etc. <br />•Cleaning beyond basic housekeeping <br />•Any items not mentioned in the inclusions above <br />Pricing Summary <br />Total Quote Price - sales tax not included $ 52,906.00* <br />This price is firm for 30 days from the date of this proposal. <br />There will be a 2% surcharge applied to all invoices paid by credit card. <br />*Siemens reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect the impact of any new or modified taxes, duties, <br />tariffs, or equivalent measures, whether direct or indirect, imposed by any U.S. or foreign <br />governmental authority that are applicable to our offering, including any hardware, software, or <br />service components contained therein. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 25BBB9F9-4E7A-8CE3-8393-B6E5EFB6C166
