Motor Vehicle Property Tax Refunds <br /> The Board will consider 149 requests for motor vehicle property tax refunds. <br /> d. Property Tax Refunds <br /> The Board will consider four requests for property tax refunds. <br /> e. Property Value Changes <br /> The Board will consider approving changes made in property values after the 2001 Board of Equalization <br /> and Review had adjourned. <br /> f. Adult Day Care Nursing Service Agreement with UNC School of Nursing <br /> The Board will consider authorizing an agreement with the UNC School of Nursing for the new Central <br /> Orange day health care program. <br /> L Agreement Renewal with Respite Care Providers and the Department on Aging <br /> The Board will consider authorizing the renewal of agreements with respite care providers for the <br /> Department on Aging for fiscal year 2002-2003. <br /> i. Service Coordination Renewal Agreement with Manley Estates and the Department on Aging <br /> The Board will consider authorizing the renewal of an agreement with the Department on Aging Eldercare <br /> division to provide onsite service coordination for residents of the new First Baptist and Manley Estates senior housing <br /> complex in Chapel Hill. <br /> k. Aareement Renewal with UNC Family Medicine and Health Department <br /> The Board will consider authorizing a renewal of an agreement with UNC Family Medicine for physician <br /> services for the Health Department. <br /> I. Aareements between CHCCS. OCS and Health Department for School Nurses <br /> The Board will consider authorizing agreements between the Health Department and the Chapel Hill- <br /> Carrboro City Schools and Orange County Schools for school nurse funding. <br /> M. Housina Rehabilitation Contract Awards <br /> The Board will consider awarding a housing rehabilitation agreement for the HOME program and three <br /> contracts for the CDBG housing rehabilitation program. <br /> n. Impact Fee Reimbursement — Habitat for Humanity/Richmond Hills <br /> The Board will consider authorizing the reimbursement of impact fees to Habitat for Humanity of Orange <br /> County in the amount of$12,000 for four new homes. <br /> o.
