ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO THE AGENDA (7:30-7:35) <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange County its respect. The Board asks its citizens <br /> to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At any <br /> time should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the <br /> offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be <br /> restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is <br /> observed. <br /> 2. COUNTY MANAGER'S REPORT (7:55-8:00) <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS/PROCLAMATIONS (8:00-8:15) <br /> a. Wheels for Work Car Donation Program <br /> The Board will consider acknowledging the critical role of the Triangle Residential Options for Substance <br /> Abusers (TROSA), Inc., has played in the Orange County car donation program, "Wheels for Work." <br /> b. Tax Collectors Annual Settlement <br /> The Board will receive the tax collector's annual settlement on current and delinquent taxes and consider <br /> approving the accounting thereof. <br /> C. Health Center Week <br /> The Board will consider proclaiming August 18-24 as Health Center Week. <br /> 6. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS (8:15-8:45) <br /> a. Tuscany Ridge Preliminary Subdivision <br /> The Board will receive a special report on issues and answers concerning the approved Tuscany Ridge <br /> subdivision. <br /> b. Community Development Block Grant Award — IDA Program <br /> The Board will consider approving the execution of a grant agreement, funding approval form, signatory <br /> form, certification cards, and resolution for the FY 2001 Community Development Block Grant award, and consider <br /> adopting a grant project ordinance for the award. <br /> C.
