22 <br /> 1 STAFF COMMENT: The Development Advisory Committee Meeting was held on December 18, 2025, at <br /> 2 9:30 a.m.,via Microsoft Teams. <br /> 3 SECOND ACTION — The Planning Board reviews the application at a regular meeting and makes a <br /> 4 recommendation to the BOCC. <br /> 5 STAFF COMMENT: The Planning Board reviewed this application at its regular meeting on February 4, <br /> 6 2026, and voted unanimously to recommend approval of the amendment. <br /> 7 THIRD ACTION — The BOCC receives the Planning Board and staff recommendations at an advertised <br /> 8 public hearing and makes a decision on the application. <br /> 9 STAFF COMMENT: The public hearing is scheduled for April 7, 2026. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Public Notifications: In accordance with Section 2.8.7 of the UDO, notices of the Public Hearing were <br /> 12 mailed via first class mail to property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject parcel. These notices were <br /> 13 mailed on March 20, 2026— 18 days before the hearing. Staff also posted the subject parcel with signs <br /> 14 on March 20, 2026—18 days before the hearing. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Planning Board Recommendation: The Planning Board reviewed the Zoning Atlas Amendment at its <br /> 17 February 4, 2026 regular meeting. At this meeting the Planning Board voted unanimously to <br /> 18 recommend approval of the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 3) and the proposed Zoning Atlas <br /> 19 Amendment (Attachment 5), as presented. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 The Planning Board's signed statement of consistency is included in Attachment 3.
