Article was co-authored with J Wayne Moore, PH.D. <br /> "A Review of Vertical Equity Measures in Property Assessments" <br /> Compared various vertical inequity detection approaches using a simulated dataset. The various approaches were <br /> compared based on the degree of bias discovered in several different vertical inequity scenarios.
