<br /> Mr. Barnett is a member and CEO of GAR Associates LLC. Mr. Barnett has been a full-time real estate appraiser
<br /> and consultant with GAR Associates since 2003, dividing his time between government projects (valuation and
<br /> revaluation), commercial real estate fee appraisal reports, tax certiorari appraisal reports and expert testimony.
