This included a detailed review of vertical inequity measures, as this is an <br /> important issue locally in Chicago. It also included a complete review of their <br /> commercial valuation practices, appeals procedures, and sales validation procedures. <br /> Mecklenburg County, North Carolina <br /> Josh performed a sales ratio study and detailed statistical analysis of the then- <br /> controversial 2011 Reassessment, including an analysis of the secondary valuation work <br /> performed by Pearson's Appraisal Service.
