12 <br />Benedict: Orange County was supposed to have been done in November 2001 and was delayed. <br />Keith Feather (Public): I am in the process of building a minor subdivision. Under the current <br />ordinance, I am required to have a stream buffer on anon-existent stream but until the new <br />ordinance is accepted, the current law will require me to buffer a stream that doesn't exist. <br />MOTION was made by Barry Katz to approve the proposed amendments.
