At that time , the Board also approved a Memororandum <br /> of Understanding ( MOU ) with the Town of Hillsborough to include four (4 ) town facilities in <br /> the study , with the Town reimbursing the County for its share of the work . The Town has <br /> since requested to expand its portion of the Solar Feasibility Study Contract by $ 11 , 521 for <br /> additional services .
