She said that both Denver and Salt Lake City <br /> without growth boundaries experienced similar price increases during the 1990s. <br /> Yonah Freemark said Portland is a great example for preserving agricultural and natural <br /> spaces, and reducing segregation. He said that Orange County is not an island and that may be <br /> why there is development in Chatham County, because growth is constrained only within Orange <br /> County.
