Members of the Executive <br /> Committee must recuse themselves from any votes or decisions involving that entity specifically or the prioritization and allocation of <br /> state funds for supportive services generally. Any member of the LRC and/or Executive Committee who may directly or indirectly <br /> benefit from being a member must disclose the existence and nature of the conflict or potential conflict. Members of the Executive <br /> Committee must recuse themselves from any related votes or decisions. All disclosed conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of <br /> interest, and recusals,shall be made a matter of record in the minutes of the meeting in which the disclosure and recusal was made. <br />
