As farmers
who grow specialized cut flowers, the necessity for a cooler is paramount. Upon harvesting, it is critical for
flowers to be held in the cooler and "conditioned" overnight before being delivered to wholesale accounts,
florists and our customers. This ensures the flowers have been properly hydrated, are in optimum conditions
while recovering from the field heat and will have the longest vase life. Growing specialty cut flowers for
designers requires specific post-harvest handling care and a cooler is an essential tool. The location of our
cooler, which will be just steps from our field, will ensure our flowers are properly cared for post -harvest
and will significantly reduce crop loss due to presently not have the appropriate cooler space capacity using
just a residential refrigerator. A commercial grade walk-in cooler will also provide increased reliability and
durability, which our farm requires. The walk in cooler will be installed on a newly poured 10x10 concrete
slab, and a simple pole shed will be built over the cooler to protect it from inclement weather.

Docusign Envelope ID: 5658ABCB-4C1C-497E-88A8-D9E5E38B8CB9
