(hereinafter BDG), agrees to provide the following <br />construction administration services, performed in a manner consistent with <br />professional skill and care for the project listed above: Project Construction <br />Administration for the above referenced project. <br /> <br /> <br />2) ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />The following are not included in normal services and are considered <br />additional services. <br /> <br />A) As Built Drawings, if not provided by the owner or contractor. <br /> <br /> <br />3) COMPENSATION <br /> <br />BDG shall be compensated with a fixed fee of $9,350 (nine thousand three <br />hundred and fifty dollars) for the aforementioned services, consisting of the <br />following components: <br /> <br />Construction Administration= $9,350.00 <br /> <br />BDG will also provide and “Additional Services” beyond the aforementioned <br />normal services when authorized by the client. BDG shall be compensated for <br />these Additional Services based on an hourly rate (see Rate Schedule). The <br />hourly rate includes providing services required by changes in the Project <br />including, but not limited to, size, quality, approval authorities, complexity, the <br />Owner’s schedule, or the method of bidding or negotiating and contracting for <br />construction.
