(Buyer agrees that) Buyer's data <br /> may be viewed or accessed from outside the United States by Siemens world-wide affiliates. Buyer data may <br /> be stored and/or accessed in the United States or other countries in which Siemens or our(subcontract) <br /> affiliates operate. <br /> Price Escalation.
