32 <br /> SIEMENS <br /> Clarifications <br /> Siemens will be providing a Soft-Turnkey to the selected electrical contractor for this project who will pull <br /> new cabling, demo existing Fire Alarm system/AOR and pull an electrical permit. <br /> 1. Electrical partner will use orange county lift, take required training and use RAM boards to prevent <br /> floor damage. <br /> 2. Siemens Project manager must provide 24-48-hour notice of work-related areas to confirm access <br /> with occupants. <br /> 3. Siemens will provide the fire alarm permit, review and not subject to county fees. <br /> 4. Fire watch can be up to 10 business days and is excluded from this project. <br /> 5. Siemens will need to be provided with architectural backgrounds in Auto CAD files, approved fire <br /> protection report, and full set of construction documents, free of charge. <br /> 6. Owner will need to allow Siemens full and complete access to the property for the duration of the <br /> project. <br /> 7. All scheduling and phasing will need to have the Owner's input and will require the Owner's <br /> cooperation to complete during the allotted time. <br /> 8. Submittals may take between 4-6 weeks for approval through the Fire Department. <br /> 9. The majority of the work to be performed during normal working hours of Monday thru Friday, <br /> 6:OOam to 4:OOpm with a late start potential on Fridays between 2pm - 10pm. <br /> Page 7 of 11 <br />
