21 <br /> SIEMENS <br /> Clarifications <br /> 1. Siemens will be providing soft Turnkey to the selected electrical contractor for this project. <br /> 2. Siemens will provide the fire alarm & electrical permit, review and inspection fees. <br /> 3. Siemens will need to be provided with architectural backgrounds in Auto CAD files, approved fire <br /> protection report, and full set of construction documents, free of charge. <br /> 4. Owner will need to allow Siemens full and complete access to the property for the duration of the <br /> project. <br /> 5. All scheduling and phasing will need to have the Owner's input and will require the Owner's <br /> cooperation to complete during the allotted time. <br /> 6. Submittals may take between 4-6 weeks for approval through the Fire Department. <br /> 7. All work to be performed during normal working hours of Monday thru Friday, 6:OOam to 4:OOpm. <br /> 8. At this time, Siemens does not manufacturer weatherproof, low frequency chime strobes but offer <br /> weatherproof horn/strobes.
