18 <br /> SIEMENS <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Siemens is pleased to present a one-for-one Fire Alarm System field device migration for the OC Animal <br /> Services Fire Alarm Migration — Project 44OP. The scope of work includes the replacement of one (1) Fire <br /> Alarm Control Panel, two (2) booster panels, one (1) NAPCO cellular communicator, one (1) smart sprinkler <br /> panel, one (1) Building X Cloud Gateway, and a non-voice NAC circuit & remote annunciator. <br /> The system design and device quantities are based strictly on the AHJ-stamped, approved construction <br /> drawings and reflect a one-for-one replacement of existing fire alarm field devices to include two (2) CO <br /> detectors and 1 chime/strobe. <br /> Any additions, deletions, or modifications beyond this approved design shall be considered outside the base <br /> scope and will be addressed via a change order. <br /> Project Duration: May 2026 to September 30, 2026. <br /> Any field changes that deviate from the AHJ-approved drawings as a result of site conditions, owner <br /> requests, or regulatory requirements shall constitute a change order to Siemens Industry, Inc. Please refer to <br /> the Inclusions, Exclusions, Clarifications, and Bill of Materials included in this proposal for further definition of <br /> the project scope. <br /> Page 4 of 11 <br />
