They worked with motor carrier units to better understand interstate transport <br /> 2 through enforcement operations, stopping vehicles to inventory cargo and using that data to project <br /> 3 assumptions about other traffic,though this wasn't an exact science. <br /> 4 Jonathan White thanked Kirby Saunders for considering these factors ahead of time. <br /> 5 Councilmember Sean Ewing asked if this could also benefit residents in Eastern Alamance. <br /> 6 Kirby Saunders said Orange County generally doesn't turn anyone away from shelters or <br /> 7 warming centers and doesn't check county residency.
