My studies emphasize prevention, evidence-based practice, and the ways individual <br /> behavior is shaped by broader community and structural conditions, which is directly relevant to <br /> understanding opioid-related impacts at the county level. <br /> In addition to my academic background, I have experience serving in advisory and <br /> representative roles within large institutions. During the 2024-2025 academic year, I served as <br /> a Student Member-at-Large for the Carolina Union, where I represented student perspectives, <br /> collaborated with administrators and board members, and contributed to discussions around <br /> access, well-being, and inclusive community spaces.
