I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer of Gail Perry Group, where I <br /> work with nonprofit institutions on strategic planning, capital planning, and financial <br /> sustainability. This work requires evaluating complex budgets, long-range growth projections, <br /> and risk models and helping boards make decisions that balance community impact with long- <br /> term durability. Earlier in my career, I served as a staff member to Congressman David Price. <br /> That experience provided direct exposure to federal legislative processes, public policy <br /> analysis, and constituent engagement. The role required careful review of regulatory <br /> frameworks, collaboration across stakeholder groups, and an understanding of how local <br /> decisions intersect with state and federal systems.
