Tryon Street <br /> Hillsborough,NC 27278 <br /> Dear Chair and Members of the Board of County Commissioners, <br /> We are writing regarding the membership of Chloe Pankratz to the Orange Unified <br /> Transportation Board(Outboard). <br /> As part of a recent review of board attendance, Chloe Pankratz was contacted regarding their <br /> participation and continued interest in serving. In response, Chloe Pankratz expressed a strong <br /> commitment to continuing their service and provided the following explanation regarding their <br /> past attendance: <br /> "I apologize for missing the meetings this past fall. I had a scheduling conflict due to a class at <br /> the same time, and I believed I had communicated this in advance. Otherwise, I would have <br /> made every effort to attend. <br /> "I would like to remain involved and fully intend to participate in upcoming meetings moving <br /> forward. <br /> "Thank you for your understanding." <br /> Based on this response, we believe that Chloe Pankratz remains committed to the work of the <br /> Outboard and is prepared to improve their meeting attendance and engagement.
