The Advisory Board <br /> Policy (Attachment A) also states that members who miss three (3) consecutive meetings are <br /> subject to removal. <br /> After collecting and compiling the 2025 attendance records for all boards and commissions, <br /> members who violated the attendance requirements were identified by the Clerk's Office. Boards <br /> and commissions staff liaisons were informed which members were subject to removal, and the <br /> liaisons worked with the Chairs to either invite resignations or prepare memos to share with the <br /> Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to advocate for continued membership despite <br /> absences. Some members did not respond to communication attempts and are therefore <br /> presented for removal rather than continued participation. <br /> The following members from the following boards and commissions are subject to removal <br /> pending BOCC action: <br />
