Ecolane Maintenance Renewal <br />This Quote (“Quote”), effective as of the Effective Date set forth below, is entered into by and between the entity identified as Client below (“Client”) and Ecolane USA, <br />Inc. (“Ecolane”). As identified below and defined in the This Agreement includes (a) this Order Form, (b) Orange County, North Carolina by and between Ecolane and <br />Client dated 1/1/2019, and (c) all other exhibits, schedules or other documents incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”). Client must give 30 days notice to cancel contract. If contract is not cancelled by 12/31/2026, new <br />terms will need to be established. Ecolane shall inform Client fourteen (14) days prior to end of contract term to allow the <br />option to renew or terminate the contract. Should Orange County choose to terminate the contract prior to the beginning <br />of any month of the month to month renewal it shall do so without further obligation to pay any additional monthly <br />Maintenance and Recurring Fees. Orange County shall not incur any additional costs, fees, penalties, nor damages <br />related to an early termination or cancellation of services. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized representatives effective on the Effective Date. To execute the <br />above renewal agreement, sign the attached quote. <br />Please be aware that the Ecolane is a member of a family of companies owned by Transit Technologies, LLC and that, as related companies, internal data and information <br />is routinely accessible and shared among member companies, including bid information.
