We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a proposal for the <br />services as detailed in the following pages. This proposal is based on our site visit. Any revision or request of change to <br />scope of work by the owner at a later date would be subject to price review at that time. <br />General Scope Of Work <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br /> Brady will provide and install humidistat control wiring for unit #10 and unit #14. <br /> <br /> Brady will provide and install 2 new humidistats. <br /> <br /> Brady will connect the humidistats to the equipment. <br /> <br /> Technical checkout shall be performed by Brady. <br /> <br /> This proposal is based on equipment having hot gas bypass already installed. <br /> <br /> <br />Clarifications <br />All work is based on straight time hours: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:30 <br />pm. <br /> <br />Any code deficiencies related to the existing conditions not specifically identified in our <br />proposal is not included in our scope of work. <br /> <br />Unforeseen conditions related to the owner’s equipment or building that adversely <br />impact the cost of the project may result in additional changes. <br /> <br />This proposal is subject to cancellation by Brady in the event any contract or purchase order <br />related to this proposal contains a provision that requires Brady to comply with any guidance <br />for contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published by the Safer Federal Workplace <br />Task Force. <br /> <br />This proposal is subject to cancellation by Brady in the event Brady is unable to perform due <br />to inability to secure qualified subcontractors willing to comply with any guidance for <br />contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published by the Safer Federal Workplace <br />Task Force, or Brady’s inability to comply with such guidance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: C4BE847E-9BE1-4F03-A3B1-FDCCD2A0B999
