Mechanical <br /> Remove existing chilled water pumps. <br /> Install new pumps with VFDs, suction diffusers, triple-duty valves, and flexible <br />connectors. <br /> Grout pump bases and align shafts. <br /> Insulate piping and provide heat trace if required. <br /> Label piping per ANSI standards. <br /> <br />2. Electrical <br /> Provide power to new pump motors and VFDs. <br /> Install disconnect switches and verify grounding. <br /> Test voltage and rotation before start-up. <br /> <br />3.
