(TRC) is pleased to present this proposal for Engineering Services to Orange County Solid <br />Waste. It is our understanding the scope of this Amendment will include the engineering design for the additional <br />items below. <br />Scope of Services <br />The scope of services below is based upon the scope as discussed during our meeting and subsequent <br />communication. <br />Amendment No. 1 <br />This task includes the inspection electrical design for the currently proposed Attendant Booths located at Eubanks <br />Road Waste and Recycling Center, Walnut Grove Church Road Waste and Recycling Center, and Ferguson Road <br />Waste and Recycling Center. This amendment includes the following: <br />Task 1: Electrical Design <br />TRC will subcontract with GreenTech Consulting Inc. to complete an electrical design to connect the proposed <br />Attendant Booths to existing on-site electrical services including the following items: <br />Subtask 1a: Site Inspection <br />Site visits performed by TRC’s electrical engineering subconsultant, GreenTech Consulting Inc., to each of the <br />three waste and recycling centers. Our electrical subconsultant will inspect the existing electrical infrastructure at <br />each of the sites, document existing conditions and equipment to assist in the design in Subtask 1b below. <br />Subtask 1b: Electrical Design <br />o Electrical design for three proposed Attendant Booths located at the Eubanks Road Waste and <br />Recycling Center. <br />o Electrical design for four proposed Attendant Booths located at the Walnut Grove Church Road <br />Waste and Recycling Center. <br />o Electrical design for one proposed Attendant Booths located at the Ferguson Road Waste and <br />Recycling Center. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 86955CA1-01D8-403A-8493-035173F54954
