DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE: <br />WHEREAS, the customer named above (hereafter "Customer") and the Intergraph Corporation, through its Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure & <br />Geospatial division, (hereafter "Hexagon") have entered into the agreement named above for products and/or services <br />(hereafter "Agreement); <br />WHEREAS, the Customer and Hexagon desire to amend the Agreement, as set forth below in this Change Order/Change Request <br />(hereafter "Change Order" or "Change Request"), in consideration for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which <br />are hereby acknowledged; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows: <br />The detailed technical or functional revisions to the contract are described below or in the separately attached Statement of Work <br />(SOW): N/A <br />This Change Order makes the following revisions to this contract: <br />2025-12017 <br />Darien Watson <br />April 3, 2026 <br />1) Adds ImageTrend as an additional connection to the COTS Interface HxGN OnCall Dispatch | FireLink, as described in Attachment H of <br />SOW. No additional HxGN OnCall Dispatch - Fire Link Interface software is required for this additional connection. <br />2) Per Customer's request, removes connection from HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Notifications to PageGate as described in Attachment H of <br />SOW.
