The <br />construction completion timeframe may be impacted by items beyond our control, including, but not limited to, contractor <br />availability, weather, and the permitting process. BECS will promptly complete those items within our control in the scope <br />of service. Items beyond our control shall not be considered delays on BECS's part. When the proposal is approved, BECS <br />will add this work to our staffing place and begin the project based on our present workload. <br />Once bidding is completed and a contractor is retained, the project permitting timeframes can be discussed. Depending on <br />the AHJ, permitting can take up to three months or more. The above fees are based on these timeframes; expedited services <br />can be provided upon request for a revised fee. <br /> <br />Additional Services <br />Unforeseen and hidden conditions may necessitate additional services beyond those defined. BECS will submit an Additional <br />Task Service Authorization for the Client’s approval if identified. No further work will be performed without the Client’s <br />written approval. Additional Task Services will follow the terms and conditions attached herein. <br /> <br />Proposal Acceptance <br />If the scope of work and proposed fees are acceptable, please sign the attached Proposal Acceptance Sheet and return it to <br />us.
