Scope of Work <br />Siemens will provide the following: <br />•Duct pressure sensors for RTU-2 & RTU-3 <br />◦Utilize existing RTU-3 Duct Pressure Sensor to control the bypass damper for RTU-3. Note - <br />Siemens will need the set-point from TAB for the programming needed for this control <br />sequence. The readings from TAB required are: Supply Transverse for Flow, Readings for Min/ <br />Max on terminal units for cooling. <br />◦New Differential Pressure sensor for RTU-2 to be installed approximately 3/4 down the duct <br />between the unit supply and 1st changeover box.Note - Siemens will need the set-point from <br />TAB for the programming needed for this control sequence. The readings from TAB required are: <br />Supply Transverse for Flow, Readings for Min/Max on terminal units for cooling. <br />◦Wiring for RTU-2 sensor to the local bypass damper DXR controller. Wiring will be plenum rated <br />cable and ran open air above the drop ceiling. <br />◦Siemens Specialist for programming based on MBP recommendations from his report and TAB <br />readings, modify existing graphics, and test for functionality. <br />•Siemens will provide a Service Specialist up to 16 hours for programming and integration support to <br />work with Orange County and Brady Trane based on a Trane provided points list from the RTU-3 <br />Symbio controller, and an agreed upon sequence of operation for read/write points available and <br />existing field devices. This will consist of an upfront meeting and programming to follow. <br />•Up to 8 hours on-site support to test conditions with Brady-Trane once unit all modifications are <br />made. <br />•Project management for material procurement and coordination. <br />Exclusions & Clarifications <br />1.Applicable sales taxes as required by law. Sales tax will be billed at the time of invoicing. <br />2.Siemens provided TAB or 3rd party commissioning is excluded. <br />3.Revisions to As-Built or any drawings are excluded <br />4.All work during normal business hours. <br />5.Pricing subject to change after 30 days. <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />Docusign Envelope ID: DAF9BE11-32DC-4586-9316-E29567ECBA12
