Scope of Work Siemens will provide the following: •Building Schedule for RTU-02 with unoccupied and occupied periods •PPCL Programming to enable morning warm-up on the RTU ◦Table statement for all VAV with an average VAV temperature calculation ◦Write average VAV temperature to BACnet object for BMS setpoint on Symbio controller via existing MS/TP wiring ◦Upon morning warm-up being enabled by the RTU (change over to occupied state) program all VAV move to max flow ◦Upon disabling of the morning warm-up at the RTU program all VAVs damper position is restored to priority 16 and the DXR application to modulate flow based on space heating demand •PPCL Programming to enable daytime warm-up on the RTU ◦Table statement for all VAV with an average VAV temperature calculation ◦Write average VAV temperature to BACnet object for BMS setpoint on Symbio controller via existing MS/TP wiring ◦Upon daytime warm-up being enabled by the RTU (change over to occupied state) program all VAV move to max flow ◦Upon disabling of the daytime warm-up at the RTU program all VAVs damper position is restored to priority 16 and the DXR application to modulate flow based on space heating demand •Up to 8 hours on-site support to test conditions with Brady-Trane once new PPCL is provided. •Included in this scope of work are the 2 onsite support visits that was originally determined charged to warranty. When the second trip was made to meet with Brady onsite and troubleshoot the unit it was determined the Trane RTU was not set-up to receive points for control. Exclusions & Clarifications 1.Applicable sales taxes as required by law. Sales tax will be billed at the time of invoicing. 2.TAB or re-commissioning support in are excluded. 3.Revisions to As-Built or any drawings are excluded 4.This is a labor only quote. 5.Pricing subject to change after 30 days.
