Orange County <br />Lake Orange Intake Tower Replacement Geotechnical Exploration Coordination, Observation, and Reporting <br /> <br /> <br />24P21018.00 / February 18, 2026 Page 4 Schnabel Engineering South, P.C. <br />Currently the schedule for the design of the replacement intake tower has the following milestones <br />remaining: <br />• 95% Design Submittal <br />• 100% Design and Permitting Submittal <br />• Bidding and Award <br /> <br />Since the data gathered in the geotechnical subsurface investigation described herein may impact the <br />design of the intake tower replacement design, we recommend revising the deadlines for the remaining <br />milestones as outlined below. <br /> <br />Milestone Duration Deadline <br />Receive Geotechnical Information N/A April 24, 2026 <br />Geotechnical Data Report 14 days May 8, 2026 <br />95% Design Submittal 14 days May 22, 2026 <br />100% Design and Permitting Submittal 56 days July 17, 2026 <br />Bidding and Award 180 days January 13, 2027 <br />5.0 FEES AND PAYMENT <br />Our lump sum fees to perform the scope defined herein are provided in the following table. Our current <br />Schedule of Personnel Fees is included as Attachment 3. The fees were estimated for the specific scope <br />of services detailed herein.
