SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />1)We are prepared to commence work no later than 4 weeks upon acceptance of this <br />Proposal of Agreement. The surveys shall be delivered via sealed hardcopy and digital files <br />approximiately two weeks henceforth, weather permitting. <br />2)This survey shall be tied to NAD ’83 and NAVD ’88 as necessary to conform with 21 <br />NCAC 56. <br />3)Boundary/Right-of Way lines and easements shall be based on previous survey by this firm <br />and updated as necessary should deed research dictate the need. <br />4)Underground utilities shall be mapped as field marked by utility locating sub-consultant. <br />See Terms and Conditions concerning underground utilities. <br />The Terms and Conditions following this page are a part of this Agreement.
