We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a proposal for your <br />equipment replacement as detailed in the following pages. This proposal is based on our site visit, information provided by <br />the owner, and a survey of the equipment that is to be replaced. Any revision or request of change to scope of work by the <br />owner at a later date would be subject to price review at that time. <br /> <br />Packaged Unit Scope Of Work <br /> <br />Equipment Demolition, Installation and Specification <br />Brady will disconnect all power wiring and control wiring as needed for the complete removal and disposal of the <br />existing Carrier packaged rooftop unit. <br /> <br />Brady will include all labor, accessories, tools, equipment, and materials required to completely execute the <br />installation of a new Trane 10 ton packaged rooftop unit. New unit to be installed using a retro mate curb for <br />adapting from existing curb to new unit. <br /> <br />Unit specifications are listed in the attachment. <br />DX Cooling / Gas Heat <br />Standard Efficiency <br />R-454B Refrigerant <br />10 Ton <br />460/60/3 <br />Symbio 700 unit controls <br />Low capacity gas heat <br />0-100% Economizer, dry bulb control, with barometric relief damper <br />Multi-speed motor <br />Hinged access panels with 2-in MERV 8 filters <br />Advanced Controller with BACnet communications interface <br />Modulating hot gas reheat (HGRH) <br />3-year parts, coils & controls warranty <br />5-year compressor parts only warranty <br />10-year aluminized heat exchanger parts only warranty <br />Programmable zone sensor - Title 24 (Field Installed) <br />Humidity wall mounted sensor (Field Installed) <br />Adapter Curb <br /> <br />Drain Piping <br />Drain piping will be PVC piping with glue joints. <br /> <br />Crane and Rigging <br />Brady will furnish all cranes, rigging, and trucking as needed for this project. <br /> <br />Upon receipt of equipment on the job site, Brady will inspect the unit for possible damage during transit. This will <br />include an inspection of unit exterior, all doors, access panels and openings.
