She said if they get feedback about barriers to attendance, they can adjust. <br /> Commissioner McKee said that staff should remind the youth delegates of the attendance <br /> expectations. <br /> Laura Jensen said one nuance is that youth delegate positions are non-voting. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus to appoint the recommended individuals. <br />
