23 <br /> In considering new applicants, the HPC is required to follow the guidelines from the State Historic <br /> Preservation Office (SHPO) in order for the County to remain eligible to participate in the state's <br /> Certified Local Government (CLG) program. Orange County Board of Adjustment—Appointments Discussion <br /> The Board discussed appointments to the Orange County Board of Adjustment. <br /> BACKGROUND: The Board of Adjustment hears, reviews, decides appeals, and reviews any <br /> order requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Officer in the performance of <br /> official duties.
