She <br /> said Gideon Young did not meet the attendance requirements and she did not want to reappoint. <br /> Commissioner Greene said she supported Gideon Young. Commissioner McKee and <br /> Vice-Chair Fowler also supported Gideon Young. <br /> Commissioner Carter, Commissioner Bedford, Commissioner Portie-Ascott, and Chair <br /> Hamilton were not supportive of Gideon Young. <br /> Commissioner Bedford suggested Pascal Moore for the At-Large position. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus to appoint Francesca Talenti, Denise Duffy, and Pascal <br /> Moore for At-Large positions. <br />
