Orange County, North Carolina <br />CONTRACT TO AUDIT ACCOUNTS <br />For the period beginning July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003 <br />Attachment A <br />The funds which make up the 2002-2003 budget are as follows: <br />General Government: <br />General Fund <br />Special Revenue Fund <br />Capital Projects Fund <br />Proprietary Funds: <br />Enterprise Fund <br />Internal Service Fund <br />Fiduciary Funds: <br />Agency Fund <br />Trust Fund <br />Attachment B <br />Time being of the essence, it is agreed that adequate records, schedules and the general ledger(s) <br />necessary to the audit, shall be provided to the auditors by a future agreed upon date. Additionally, <br />the County shall provide the auditors with work space and facilities adequate for the conduct of the <br />examination and timely assistance in the retrieval of any required documentation. <br />11 <br />
