He has demonstrated <br />active participation on OWASA and is eligible to be reappointed to a second term. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Mark Marcoplos to serve a second term on <br />OWASA with a term expiration date of June 30, 2006. <br />
