It is a long-range financial planning tool with a <br /> financial impact in Year 1 (FY 2026-27), if the first year of the CIP is approved by the Board of <br /> County Commissioners with the adoption of the Annual Budget. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • MISSION STATEMENT — Orange County is a visionary leader in providing governmental <br /> services valued by our community, beyond those required by law, in an equitable, <br /> sustainable, innovative and efficient way. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board receive the presentation of the <br /> Manager's Recommended FY 2026-36 Capital Investment Plan and provide direction to staff in <br /> preparation of the April 16, 2026 Budget work session. <br />
