The ETJ seat is vacant. <br /> Dr. James R. Dingfelder has applied to serve as the ETJ representative on the Carrboro Board <br /> of Adjustment. <br /> The Town of Carrboro has recommended him by Resolution, adopted May 7, 2002 to fill the <br /> ETJ seat on the Carrboro Board of Adjustment. By N.C. statute, the Board of County <br /> Commissioners has 90 days (which will be August 7, 2002) in which to make this appointment <br /> after receiving a Resolution from the town's governing body. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Dr. James R. Dingfelder as the ETJ <br /> representative on the Carrboro Board of Adjustment to a first full term to expire February 28, <br /> 2005. <br />
