23 <br /> 1 In considering new applicants, the HPC is required to follow the guidelines from the State Historic <br /> 2 Preservation Office (SHPO) in order for the County to remain eligible to participate in the state's <br /> 3 Certified Local Government (CLG) program. Orange County Board of Adjustment—Appointments Discussion <br /> 20 The Board discussed appointments to the Orange County Board of Adjustment. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 BACKGROUND: The Board of Adjustment hears, reviews, decides appeals, and reviews any <br /> 23 order requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Officer in the performance of <br /> 24 official duties.
