She <br /> 27 said Gideon Young did not meet the attendance requirements and she did not want to reappoint. <br /> 28 Commissioner Greene said she supported Gideon Young. Commissioner McKee and <br /> 29 Vice-Chair Fowler also supported Gideon Young. <br /> 30 Commissioner Carter, Commissioner Bedford, Commissioner Portie-Ascott, and Chair <br /> 31 Hamilton were not supportive of Gideon Young. <br /> 32 Commissioner Bedford suggested Pascal Moore for the At-Large position. <br /> 33 The Board agreed by consensus to appoint Francesca Talenti, Denise Duffy, and Pascal <br /> 34 Moore for At-Large positions. <br />
