20 <br /> Nursing Home 09/30/2028 Vacant since 11/02/2023 <br /> Administrator <br /> Nominee <br /> 1 <br /> 2 Tara May introduced the item. <br /> 3 The Board agreed by consensus to appoint the recommended individuals. <br /> 4 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked about the attendance of the recommended individuals. <br /> 5 Tara May said that the individuals missed two out of three possible meetings, but they are <br /> 6 also performing a lot of work outside of the meetings. <br /> 7 Vice-Chair Fowler and Commissioner McKee said they are supportive of the individuals. <br /> 8 Commissioner Carter asked if there should be a formal attendance policy exemption for <br /> 9 this board. <br /> 10 Chair Hamilton said they should discuss this further. <br /> 11 Tara May said she would research the work of this board and send it to the Board of <br /> 12 Commissioners. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 4.
