(All other staff members will be identified <br /> 18 appropriately below) <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Chair Hamilton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners were present. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 1. Boards and Commissions —Annual Work Plan Summaries <br /> 23 The Board received brief presentations from representatives from the second group of County <br /> 24 boards and commissions on their annual work plan summaries and provide feedback and/or <br /> 25 direction. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 BACKGROUND: Each year, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) requests that County <br /> 28 boards and commissions complete reports on the activities each board conducted over the past <br /> 29 year and a plan for future activities consistent with the BOCC's strategic goals. The Chairs or <br /> 30 other board representatives make presentations to the BOCC to share information in their written <br /> 31 reports.
