The Best of Month 1 or 2 ADM is the metric used by the <br /> state for funding, budgeting, and planning purposes, and Month 2 ADM serves as the basis for all projections in this <br /> report. <br /> Statewide enrollment and ADM have been on a slow downward trend over the past decade. This decline sped up <br /> slightly over the last year as we can see in the chart below.
