The change was reviewed and approved by the State on October 3, 2025. <br /> Protected Watersheds within Orange County are part of the County's delegated <br /> Stormwater Management Program, as reflected in the adopted Orange County <br /> Watershed Boundary Map. These watersheds are also adopted Zoning Overlay Districts <br /> in the Unified Development Ordinance. The Planning Director initiated this Zoning Atlas <br /> Amendment to bring this overlay district into alignment with the State-recognized <br /> watershed.
