No households identified as Hispanic or refused to provide <br /> demographic information. Orange County experienced significant staff turnover during the Program <br /> Year. Orange <br /> County has an approved Citizen Participation Plan,as required by HUD,which is available on the Orange <br /> County Department of Housing and Community Development website <br /> (www.orangecountync.gov/Housing) or in hard copy upon request.The County has followed its Citizen <br /> Participation Plan in the preparation and development of the FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan. <br /> The Orange County HOME Consortium solicited feedback from local agencies and organizations in <br /> January and February 2026.The Collaborative met to review the applications on X and developed a <br /> funding plan to be approved by each of the governing boards of the four(4) member jurisdictions of the <br /> Consortium. <br /> The Collaborative's funding plan was the basis for drafting the FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan.This <br /> section will be revised after the completion of our citizen participation process. <br /> Summary <br /> The FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan for the Orange County HOME Consortium outlines which activities <br /> the County will undertake using HOME funds during the program year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending <br /> June 31, 2027.This is the County's second year of the 2025 Five-Year Consolidated Plan. <br /> During the FY 2026-2027 program year,the Orange County HOME Consortium anticipates the following <br /> Federal financial resources: <br /> Annual Action Plan 5 <br /> FY 2026-2027 <br />
