Multi-modal Transportation 33 <br /> 4.5 Transportation Service Timeliness <br /> Increase by 7 percentage point each year the percentage of on-time pick-ups and drop-offs on fixed <br /> route, demand response, and mobility on-demand transportation services. <br /> On-time rates are close to 100%for both Fixed Route and Demand Response services.The <br /> Transportation Department continues to explore additional ways to improve service. <br /> For Fixed Routes, "on-time" pick-ups and drop-offs have a range of+/- 5 minutes.
